Background
LLC “Nasli Digar” is implementing the Public-Private Partnership Project on “Intellectual System of Photo-Video Violation Detection of Traffic Rules and Vehicle Movement, specifically traffic rule violations in the route vehicle lane and at route vehicle stops on the street and road network of Dushanbe City”
LLC "Nasli Digar" is a subsidiary of Rexgen Co. Ltd., a South Korean company known for AI traffic control systems.
The LLC “Nasli Digar” invites qualified specialists with relevant work experience to participate in the competition for the selection of specified vacant position.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Paperwork & Documentation:
· Prepare and review act of work completion, handover and acceptance act, delivery note and transfer sheets, with subcontractors,
· Ensure all project documents are properly filed, catalogued, and accessible (both digital and hard copy).
· Post and evaluate bids/offers.
· Draft, format, and track project-related contracts and amendments.
· Ensure all contracts are signed, stamped, and filed as per policy.
· Monitor contract expiry dates and notify relevant stakeholders.
2. Procurement & Utility Billing Management:
- Prepare and process purchase requests and orders.
- Track deliveries and follow up on pending orders.
- Maintain procurement records for audit and compliance.
- Process and review monthly utility and fuel invoices.
- Liaise with utility providers for clarifications.
- Keep organized digital and physical billing records.
3. Administrative & Office Support:
- Provide general office support: scheduling, correspondence, filing, inventory.
- Assist with visas, registrations, and permits as needed.
- Assist in drafting official documents in Tajik and handle translations (EN ↔ TJ) as needed.
- Support the preparation of presentations and project reports.
- Assist with design of brochures and publications.
- Coordinate with visitors, partners, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative or procurement roles (Over 5 years preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of procurement procedures and documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Familiarity with procurement software or ERP systems
